WOW What a difference.
WOW AGAIN, worn 2 days no achy feet end of work day. right away., no cramps. more energy, more nimble. so far so much better. how long, how good for others dont know. but very very happy so far. Recommend fantastic value. wear thinner socks so great for summer.

The size is a great fit for my size footwear. My foot problem is eased a lot when wearing the shoes and boots with these inside.

The item was not what I expected, it is so hard it or not fit for purpose it's supposed to be soft with gel of cusion heel, it has none of this, so has made my condition worse. The product information is totally miss leading. Rightly I should have got a full refund, and the product description changed.
