ILSE JACOBSEN Women's Tulip 139 Flat

This is a super comfortable shoe BUT BE CAREFUL OF SIZING, especially if you already have a pair. Attached are photos of two Tulip shoes in size 37. The grey was bought recently at retail. The navy was purchased here. While they are both stamped "37", as you can see they are not remotely the same size. This isn't a small difference but a very large difference. The soles are also a bit different, with the one bought at retail having the initials.No idea what the issue is.

I saw these in grey on a woman in an elevator. They were eye catching, and when she told me who made them, I repeated it to myself 3 times so I wouldn’t forget. 62 images later of Isla Fisher, I found them! I ordered Latte color in Euro size 42. I am ordinarily a size US 10, with normalish width/arch - they fit perfectly. I’ve worn them several days, all day, and they are quite comfortable, fun, and breezy! I would not reccomend socks, aethestically or functionally. I definitely have my eyes peeled for the goldenrod and grey colors as well!

I bought these for an upcoming trip to Europe. I LOVE them. Let me start by saying they sent me the wrong size. I am a size 8, I ordered a 39 (knowing from previous comments they run small) and they sent me a 40. The 40 is a bit too big. When I contacted the seller, they told me they’d replace however they have no 39s in the grey color I wanted. Since I don’t have time to wait, I opted to add an arch support insert on top of the comfy insole already in the shoe and now they fit perfectly. The insoles are cushy (and removable) but don’t have arch support per se. I have high arches and need the additional support for all day walking. I have gotten compliments on these shoes every single time I have worn them. I feel as if they will stretch so I wish I had a 39, but I suppose it’s better to have room for socks and possible swelling feet than not. I realize these are pricey but I think they’re so unique and incredibly comfortable. You won’t be disappointed. One caveat: The soles make a lot of noise on hard floors when you stop and turn. You know the sound, like gym shoes of basketball players. For that reason I am glad I got the white sole instead of the black one as I think the black may leave marks. . .

Love Love Love these shoes! They are extremely comfortable!. I tried them on in a boutique in Kiawah and fell in love with them but the boutique did not have my size. I was thrilled to find them an Amazon. They run SMALL! I am typically a size 8 (euro 38), I went up a full size to the 9 (39 euro). I could have gone another half size up but they only come in whole sizes.I get multiple compliments every time I wear these. So cute and different and comfortable.

Love these shoes but run way too small. I'm a solid size 10US so I purchased a 40 EU as I always have with other shoes. My right foot couldn't get most of the way in. I love them though so I'm going to purchase the next size up maybe 2 sizes up.

First let me say that I think these shoes are very cute. I am a perfect size 8 1/2 and after reading lots of reviews I decided on the size 40. When it arrived, I could barely get my foot into it, so I sent them back and ordered a 41. When it came, it felt like the left one was bigger than the right and I have never had a problem with one foot being bigger than the other. I kept them. Big mistake. After wearing them for a day, they stretched out and by the end of the day my feet were slipping out of both shoes. But now I had to keep them. I wasted my money. I would not recommend buying these shoes online. The sizes are erratic. Try to find them in a store so you can try them on.

These shoes definitely run a size, to a size and a half small, so take that into account when placing your order. But, once you find the right size, you're going to get more than one pair - they are the most comfortable shoes I own, and I should know, I have several pairs already.

Love, love, love these shoes. Cute and super comfy. I get tons of compliments on them also. FYI, I had to order three pairs from different vendors to get the right size. I know my size in euro-sizing so this vendor (who uses the euro-sizing) was great for me. The vendors that arbitrarily put US-sizing on the shoes are better avoided.

I purchased these shoes specifically for travel to warmer climes and am breaking them in around the house in advance. They are very comfortable and light on my feet. Looking forward to my travels!!
