Good product. Didn't have any particular reason to take it so I didn't have visible results.

This product has truly changed my life for better! As I suffer from ulcerative colitis and am lactose intolerant meal times can be a rollercoaster. Since I’ve been taking this (15-20mins before each meal) my stomach doesn’t seem to react badly to anything I eat. I even manage to eat some dairy every now and then and not have any symptoms. It is bit pricey but for what it does for me I don’t mind spending the money. I have just ordered my second bottle.

It may be working three weeks in but no great change in my symptoms but am determined to complete the first bottle and then make a decision. Not unpleasant taste and not too much to take in one dose. I still believe in it at this stage.

This should be given by NHS. It’s helped me get rid of a problem I had with h pylori stomach bug. The doctor (nurse actually as the doctors are to busy) wanted to ply me with tablets. Did some research into gut health came across this on podcast after listening to Zach Bush. starting taking it and never felt better. Stomach problem cleared up and general/mental health better. Combining it with getting outside reconnecting with nature, breathing better. Thanks for this Zach you’ve changed a life. I’m now looking forward to changing my whole lifestyle, already enjoyed growing my own food on allotment and now fermenting and storing healthy gut foods. Unfortunately this was a mistake buying this product. It might not work for everyone but for me it didn’t work whatsoever. No different from day one to day 25. What I’ve noticed about it was that I struggled to go to toilets. (constipated) so for me is a big NO NO NO again.

It helps me alot that it was difficult to go to toilet that i go to toilet once in ten days .. it helps me alot . I di highly recommended it..

Best Gut Health product I have ever used.

I really didn't have high hopes since I have been struggling with ISB-D for years and years!! I've tried everything under the sun, and still could not leave home without drinking Imodium. Even then I was terrified I would not find a bathroom enroute. HOWEVER, I thought I would try this one more time (I took it years ago). I don't know why I didn't continue using this after the first bottle, but I WILL POSITIVELY say I am very MUCH improved. I started out very, very slow as suggested, with only 1/8 tsp. and stayed there for a week. Then I added another 1/8 tsp. for another week, and so on. I am still only at once a day, however. I will add that I stopped ALL other probitiotics. (pre-and post). I am very careful with my diet as well (no sugar, wheat/gluten, etc.) and really don't consume anything with a label. I really think I will never, ever be without this Gut support!! I recommend this highly. I feel if it can help me, it will help anyone. (P.S. I also did gut microbiome testing for food sensitivities, etc. I recommend doing that as well if you are serious about ending your gut distresses.) Don't let the price of this product stop you, it is worth its weight in gold.
