Given the nature of our current global health crisis and the astonishing number of people who don’t wash their hands coming to light I am less than pleased to say the least.As a mother of two perfect, healthy kids, I’m certainly not interested in putting their livelihood at risk. My son is 12 and my daughter is 9 months. So, I have one who wants to be outside rough housing with his friends and another one who is teething and never takes her hands out of her mouth.Thus the research began. In my travels down the cleanliness rabbit hole I found that products and promise of “total sterilization” is endless. More often than not this involve the application of harmful chemicals to skin and surfaces. Almost all of them end with warning labels longer than the product description. Bleach? Alcohol? Seems counterproductive. No thank you.With that said I will be the first to admit I was skeptical when I came across a sanitizing wand. It’s not exactly the first thing that comes to mind when considering such things but with my family in mind and willingness to try anything I ordered this UV wand. The reviews are great and the company addresses all of my concerns which of course are the safety and efficacy of my purchase. Their logic makes sense and it won’t break the bank so why not?I’m not usually one to write reviews and I am definitely not going to embellish my satisfaction so you can believe me when I say this is the best purchase I have made in a very long time.It is user friendly, simple to understand and easy to use. I love that it’s compact and portable so I take it around with us wherever we go. When my wand first arrived I read the instructions carefully and hopped online to do my due diligence in ensuring I used it correctly. This lead me from one article to the next about the amazing bacteria killing effects that come from UV Sanitizing modalities.I would absolutely encourage you to order this Sterilizing Wand here and now. It’s unclear what the future holds regarding the current state of things but Coronavirus pandemic aside this is hardly our only health concern. To have this peace of mind and a SAFE, hassle and chemical free way to protect yourself and those around you is so important.5 stars. Would give more if I could.

I bought this wand to help protect my family better from Covid. However, it has also had an amazing secondary effect on my allergies. After just a few uses on my bed, couch, and pillows, I am breathing much better and do not feel congested.The size is great for being portable and is battery powered so it can be used anywhere around the world. Easy to follow instructions and great customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

Seems to be producing UV-C, if you agree with the testing approach. Hard to tell otherwise nor how long it will last. Masking tape removed on one side to show difference in exposed area.26 July: UV-C bulb will not come on now. Changed batteries. Unit power led lights up but that's it. Dropping to one star. This thing's dead in less than two weeks of occasional use.

I like the ease in using the Portable UV Wand Sanitizer. I used it all over the kitchen; countertops, door handles, faucets and bathroom; door & cupboard handles, faucets, toothbrush, combs, flusher, wipes package etc. Remember to wash your hands before you pick up the sanitizer. Also used it on our bed before changing the sheets. Take your time when you scan. Scanning makes me think about where I am putting my hands and reaffirming hand washing.

I had a very bad experience. When I got this item, i noticed that the wand was not working. So requested for return and refund for the product. The same has been returned to seller 2 weeks back. Since then, I have not received the refund money back and also there is no communication from seller too. Don't buy this product from this seller and the product is completely useless, non working ones.DONT GET CHEATED -- STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER

At first, it was nice to be able to sanitize refrigerated items from the grocery store. Then after three weeks, it quit working. Just a green indicator light is all that lights up. The device itself seems to be entirely made of the most brittle substances known to mankind. The compartment to the batteries was very difficult to open as well. Buy a different UV light, but not this piece of garbage
