Iron tablets make me constipated
Fine to swallow. I thought taking an iron tablet with but c would help it digest and so perhaps be easier on my stomach. I was wrong. Even taking just one-a-week I get seriously constipated. Can't take these anymore sadly. Not the products fault, may be fine on someone else. Not sure if they worked for my anemia as I haven't been able to have a follow-up blood test with the GP because of Covid.
