They Work. I'm Cranky & Uncomfortable. Love-Hate Relationship
I'm typically a medium-large, and I sized up to an XL for my third trimester of pregnancy, and I'm so glad I did! I would have been very cranky squeezing into anything tighter. If in doubt - size up. They're a little tall for my 5'5" frame, but they're well made and true compression stockings. The belly area is loose and woven differently so as not to constrict the tummy. I HATE support stockings - hate, hate, hate - so I have a hard time giving anything compression stocking-related a positive review for comfort, but these look a lot like leggings and they WORK. (I would make SURE I have a tunic top on though -- there's still a little something "off" about them if you try to wear them as pants - trust me; they hug the legs differently than a pair of leggings). They're opaque, not sheer/see-through, and they WORK! My legs and thighs and "crotchular region" were all quite relieved of the hellacious varicose vein pain when I wore these. HOWEVER, they're uncomfortable in their own way, bunching here and there, and feeling tight and hot (it's still 90 degrees outside here in late September - waaaaah!), but I can't say I blame the leggings or the company; I think it's just the nature of the beast, given my experience wearing stockings of all sorts. They're just a necessary evil. I'll be shocked if I ever really feel "comfortable" in a support stocking. But then again, I don't like wearing pants in general, so maybe it's my aversion to clothing that gives me my love-hate relationship with compression tights/leggings.

These do not fit right even if you follow the chart!!
This product was not what was described! They are labeled “leggings”, when in fact they should be tights or stockings. They are see through, which I honestly expected because of photos and previous products like this I have purchased. I followed the chart for size (5’6” 125lbs). So I purchased a medium. The leggings are capris. They go halfway up my calves. The hems are so tight that they cut circulation off to my lower calves and ankles. The supportive belly top doesn’t go all the way over the belly. It only goes halfway over the belly and the seam is so thick, it shows through three shirts and creates pressure on my belly. The compression throughout the legs is good, but I wore these once and will probably never wear them again. They are too tight on my belly and too tight on my calves.

Relief finally!!
Update: So the first pair I ordered were in better shape upon arrival, but they didn’t end up lasting very long.. about two weeks? They got holes in them so easy I had to throw that pair out. I recently ordered another pair, they had holes upon arrival but I need them so bad I thought I’d try to make it work! But the existing holes caused more holes while putting them on. I keep my nails cut short too. So I don’t know if I’d recommend?? They are comfy when they’re good, but pretty expensive to only have for a couple weeks! They are going to refund my most recent order at least.I was hesitant because of the reviews but these have been great! A lot of people mentioned the belly band at the top being uncomfortable but I don’t even notice it! I’m in my third trimester and my belly is pretty big.. it goes well over the top which is the most comfy to me, and the band stays in place well. They are sheer like tights, wish they were solid but they are breathable which is nice when it’s hot and feel ok layered under leggings or pants. Not super itchy like compression leggings/tights can be. I’m 6’1 and these are long enough for my legs which is great. 6’1, 190 lbs and I ordered a large. The compression feels tight all the way to the leg/hip crease which is great if you have varicose on your thighs as well. My legs finally aren’t hurting as much from my pregnancy varicose veins!! Yay :) definitely recommend!

Good quality, compression somewhat lighter than expected
I received my leggings three days ago, so it's my third day wearing them. Overall the item is well made and good quality. I read the reviews before ordering so I knew that they were going to be somewhat see through, and also knew about the hidden elastic on top.I was about 130 lbs pre-pregnancy. Now at 32 weeks I am about 150 lbs. Based on the size chart I thought I should go with M size. However, the reviews and the answers to the questions recommended going up one size. So I ordered L to be on the safe side. Well, it turns out they are a little too big for me. So I would recommend going with the true size per chart.Pros: they do feel very nice on, they are good quality strong material. The top part fits nice and comfortable over my belly, the elastic does not dig in. They are long enough (some reviews say they are short, like capri). I am about 5'6" and the leggings reach to the ankle bone. I am ok with the fact that they are somewhat see through as I was planning to wear them with dress, sweater dress or longer tunic.Cons: I feel that the compression could be stronger. I have thigh high compression stockings (different brand) that I bought a couple of months ago. They provide a lot more compression and almost completely eliminate any kind of pain or ache ( including the round ligament pain, which I get a lot when I don't wear compression stockings). However I have been wearing the stockings under pants and jeans during the winter. Now that it is getting warmer I am going to wear dresses, and so I was looking for leggings to go with that. These leggings do provide some compression but it is definitely not medical grade compression like what I got used to and was expecting. I still plan on wearing them because they do look and feel good. I might use my thigh high stockings under the leggings, to get both compression and butt coverage. It is possible that if I went with a smaller size they could have provided stronger compression. It is hard to choose the right size because everybody gains weight differently. All my weight gain is in my belly, but some women also gain it in their legs and thighs. In that case, I am guessing, you should go one size up.

These are just leggings, not compression
They are nice leggings, more like a hybrid between leggings and pantyhose material. Regardless, they have not compression to them whatsoever.

I ordered these for a flight to the US. ...
I ordered these for a flight to the US. They sheer as other posters have noted and need to be worn with a long top, but after only wearing them on each leg of the flight (aka twice) they have a hole in them and I can't wear again. Definitely not worth the price.

Belly part isn't comfortable, slides down. Tights break easily
I started having varicose veins during my second pregnancy. Once I got pregnant for the third time they showed up again right away so I ordered these footless compression tights. They made the vein on my ankle much worse and I also developed a bruise on my inner ankle below where the tights end. This product is not recommended if you already have varicose veins on your ankle, then they end in the wrong place and you should wear the ones that cover your feet as well. Also I only wore them for a couple of months and in this short amount of time there were little holes on the thigh from having to pull them up (I kept my fingernails short but it still happened. You have to pull them up somehow when you use the washroom...). The belly part was extremely uncomfortable, it stops mid- tummy and doesn't stay up well so you are constantly trying to fix it. It's not adjustable depending on your growing belly. I ended up having to buy another pair which cost twice as much but lasted the last 4 months of my pregnancy and even after that without having the problem on the thigh and the sliding down on my tummy.
