Shipped to us broken
The transmission came broken. We had to pay a bike shop $100 to put on a new transmission.

Great overall electric bike for 250 watt battery
I love the bike and the three PAS features. Easy to assemble via youtube tutorial. Great range on the battery.I pull my dog (35 pounds plus carriage weight) to the beach and back (approx. 3.5 miles round trip, one way up a gradual hill) with no problem and plenty of battery left. Easy to charge, takes about 3 hours to fully charge the battery. Great bike for the price!

This is a scam selling cheap faulty equipment
Stay away from this seller. Stay away from this bike. It has never worked from day one of receiving it. The seller will use different emails and drag the case/ problem out long enough that u get stuck with a bike that doesn’t work and amazon will fight you about it for weeks.
