Disappointing Taste
Disappointing taste, only a mild hint of spice and doesn't taste like a typical cajun flavouring. It's also very sweet, not surprising as the first ingredient is caster sugar!

Diabetics beware
I wish I could rate this less than one star, upon reading the ingredients list for this the very first thing in the list is caster sugar and the third is maltodextrin! I know you only use a small amount at a time but surely a Cajun spice mix should be spice based, not sugar based?
