This thing is UH-MAZE-ING! I purchased it 2/3 way through a 15 hour turned 24 hour road trip. My back was SO SORE and I ordered this thing for overnight delivery to my destination and it was the best purchase I have made in SO LONG!!! Not only if this amazing for everyday massaging of sore spots but it’s also perfect for travel. You can easily slide this between yourself and the seat to reach those tight knocks that form from sitting in the same position for so long. Easy to use by yourself and the stripes vs solid points do have varying stiffness to allow for deeper pressure when needed. So happy I found this and if I ever loose it in my travels (or have it stolen by my already jealous friends and family) I will most DEFINITELY be coming back to repurchase.

It helps relieve my planter fasciitis! The size and firmness is very ideal for foot massage.

I love this thing. Some buy lacrosse balls or foam rollers. I use this and it is perfect. Lacrosse balls are too intense for me. Foam rollers aren’t targeted enough. This is extremely targeted, provides very deep pressure, as I will lay on top of it with it digging in my back, but soft enough to not be uncomfortable. Often using this in one spot that is extremely sore or tight will provide immediate relief.

Helps massage the knots I get in my back and shoulders from work. It is a little tricky to use but the texture helps it not slip too often. I think it is worth upgrading from a lacrosse ball if you will be using regularly

This massage ball is great! It’s harder than a tennis ball so it works really well. It rolls out the tension and aches in my feet after walking around all day. I first tried it in a pilates class and got one for myself right away. It’s a bit pricey but if you have foot pain everyday, it’s totally worth it!

I love this ball during Pilates class so I bought one. I’ve learned how to use it in Pilates and it’s great for just sitting on the couch and massaging out scar tissue from surgeries or rolling out tough areas on the body. I brought it on a flight with me so it’s easy to pack and travel with. I like being able to roll out my foot or massage my shoulder or back. I will probably buy more in the near future to have on hand! I highly recommend!

I had been wanting a ball to roll the knots in my feet and when I found out Trigger Point sold some I had to get my hands on one. I love their grid roller so I figured it’s got to be just as good of quality. Can I say this ball has helped me SO MUCH. Im a dancer and work in retail so I walk a lot at work in comfortable, but slightly flat shoes so my feet are either sore or really worn out after a full shift. This ball is so easy to use, I can even use it to roll out any other part of my body such as my knees, legs, back, or shoulder blades. Whether I use it against the floor or even on my bed, I’m still able to roll out parts of my body with an equal and comfortable amount of pressure. I’m seriously so glad I bought this. I also recommend getting the grid roller from Trigger Point if you want to attack multiple knots at once. This brand has seriously done wonders to help me and my self care needs.
