I bought them along with some 5V Li-ion charge controllers to keep a 16450 battery charged in a small outdoor project. The panels work great and deliver a good current for their size.

Good deal for ok panel. Wattage closer to 0.5W
In full sun this panel measured 5.87 Volts at 0.83 Amps. Watts = Amps * Volts. Measured 0.48 Watts. Definitely don't see this getting to the advertised 1.2 Watts.A nicer 2 Watt panel I have from Voltaic measured exactly 2 Watt output in the same light.You get what you pay for! These are inexpensive. If precise output is critical go with something better.
