My wife and I were tired of chemical fabric softeners causing skin irritation and itchiness, we figured we'd try something different. Much to our surprise they work great, plus the added benefit of faster dry times. No more itchy, blotchy skin.Quick tip: When using essential oils, we grab two cotton balls, add 5-10 drops on each cotton ball and then throw in the dryer opposite the Woolzies. This keeps the Woolzies from absorbing the oil permanently (in case of switching scents) and leaves clothes smelling fresh.

I mainly bought these for the essential oil feature. I wanted a way to make my laundry smell nice without using chemical fragrances. And these balls are working wonderfully! I wash my clothes on high speed spin, then dry on medium heat, my clothes are definitely drying faster, then once dry, drop on the essential oil and run on air dry for 10 minutes. I got the orange oil, and oh how nice my laundry smells now. Like fresh orange, and all natural. I highly recommend. So glad I purchased!! Can't stand those chemical fragrances, this is a great natural alternative.

Love this item. It is so much better than dryer sheets and the fresch citrus scent is great. I actually don't mind doing the laundry now.

I'm a huge fan of Woolzies and like to give them as gifts. This pack with the essential oil makes such a great starter kit for my friends and family! My only complaint is that the box I got doesn't look like the one pictured. The font is different, no cute sheep, and the ends were taped shut with scotch tape, tacky! I know it's just packaging but that can make a huge impact when giving something like this is a gift!

The product was exactly as described. You do get a little bit of static but then I've found it's because of over-drying. It was also mentioned that the balls are very loud. I do not find this an issue. My dryer is in the basement and I do not find that I hear the balls tumbling around. I believe it might be the "insulation" quality of the dryer that does not muffle the noice well rather than the product.
