Very sturdy , good looking, one solid piece so looks great. Easy to install.The shipping container broke in the first and we retuned it because it was broken. The second shipping container was also broken, luckily the bumper was intact!

The previous side seal strip for my shower ripped off and stopped working. I wanted to find an exact replacement online or at a hardware store, but could not. I looked at many side seal strips for showers, including many that are shown on Amazon that are made of silicone, but given the many negative reviews, as well as the price of this item being roughly $50, I went to the local hardware store to look for other options. The one on offer at the hardware store was also made of silicone, and had a slight pink tint to it. No thanks. I ordered this one.When I received the package in a very very long box, I realized why this item was $50. It is 6 1/2 feet long, and the polycarbonate portion that attaches to the shower door is stiff, hard, clear plastic, and can't be rolled, which is probably a good thing. I had measured the width of my shower door, and found that it was 1/2 inch. Make sure that you measure and order the right one. Installation was easy...it is a snug fit, so it takes a bit of effort, but it's great in that no adhesive is required. I will update this review if I find it necessary to, but it looks like this product is going to work out great.

I finally found a solution that prevented water from coming out but didn’t create door problems. I previously bought another piece but it was made of very flexible material so the shower door would manage to get on the wrong side of it (I still don’t understand how people managed to do this) so it didn’t work. This one was very easy to install, cutting to length wasn’t bad, and it works like a charm! Seemed like a lot to pay for something this size but well worth it. Btw my packaging was damaged when I found it at my doorstep but luckily the gem inside was all fine.

Product came in a cardboard tube and the tube arrived from Amazon delivery broken in the middle and a bit bent, so I was almost certain the product inside was going to be damaged.But fortunately the door seal strip has just enough flexibility that it was not permanently dented or marred from the shipping issues, so I was able to use it. It's fits perfectly on shower door and was as described in the listing, great quality overall!Wish was able to find this locally at a big box store since I'm sure it would be cheaper than Amazon's price in this case, but it was not available in my area.

Close tolerances and excellent materials used in this shower door seal strip. Installed on both sides of door. Rigid, grippy U-channel secures to door glass; flexible sealing blade enables smooth operation and tight seal.Be sure to measure the thickness of your glass. My door glass is 3/8", which needs the size channel used in this strip, but many doors are thinner glass.I used a Dremel fitted with cutoff wheel to cleanly cut my strips to length. To ease installation, I sprayed Windex down into the U-channel. The strip pushed on easily while the solution was still wet, but held firmly after the Windex had dried.There are less costly shower glass strips available, but these are the ones to buy. They looks great and work well!

I'm very disappointed. When the item finally arrived, the shipping tube was torn open at several places. The item was not as advertised. The edge the door hits is flexible, not stiff as advertised or like the old one it's replacing. The description shows a green check by one that's stiff and red "X"s by those that don't measure up. This one was like the one with a red X.

Easy to cut and fit on door. Seems to keep water in shower and out of floor.
