Men's Iconic J01 Duck Detroit Jacket

I hope this helps many people. The jacket is as described; it runs a little larger than normal. It's bigger than a regular jacket, apparently designed to be layered underneath, but the sleeves are fitted and it's longer than usual. It's long enough to wear some thicker clothing underneath. It's comfortable, high-quality, and very durable, judging by the fabric. Ideal for work or casual wear, it's guaranteed to last a long time. My advice, as always, is to order one size down, and if it's uncomfortable, go for a larger size or a Tall. It's excellent, and I really like its short design and long sleeves. Es mas grande que una chaqueta normal al parecer esta disenada para llaver otras piezas por debajo, pero su diseño es ajustado en las mangas y mas largo que lo normal. Es lo suficientemente larga como para llevar ropa algo gruesa debajo. Es comoda, calidad y muy resistente segun su tela. Ideal para trabajar o vestir garantiza una larga vida util. Mi consejo es igual que todo un size menos y en caso de incomodidad ir por el talla alta o Tall. Es exelente y me gusta mucho su diseño corto y mangas largas.

Keeps me very warm. The torso was kind of short but could be the style. Washes fine using the instructions on it. Weight feels fine. Not the lightest jacket I've had but gives me the sense that it effective. Pockets have no zippers but nothing has fallen out. Before purchasing I've considered the reviews about the zipper problem, but personally I haven't had any issues or felt like there were going to be any. I really like the design and material on the inside.

I don't like the quality, hold, and snap of the buttons on the wrists. They have the brand logo, on them, but are disappointing. The fit is perfect. I am 5 feet 8 inches tall. The sleeves are long enough to allow a good range of movement. On the the first button snap, they are too long and the wrists are too big. But, the second is fine, and the length is needed be able to move well. This is the large. I have other Carhartt cotton jackets, size medium that I can not wear, because I washed them and they shrank, a lot. If, I loose weight, and feel like risking it, I may wash this one. If, I was planning on washing this jacket, at my current weight, I would consider getting an extra-large, and wash it a couple of times before use. I am 200 pounds and this size is perfect with with one long sleeve shirt underneath, or one shirt and a thicker second layer.

I bought this jacket for my husband, and he really loves it. The quality is great, it fits well, and it looks very nice on him. The material feels durable and comfortable, and it is perfect for everyday wear. Very happy with this purchase.

Long, in the, sleeves/arms, which, is my expectation, for, a Duck Detroit jacket. The Carhartt quality, matches, the brand's reputation, which, I, take, to be good. Has, the Carhartt label on it. It, is built for, medium warmth, which, in warm weather, would be, hot. Big enough, for, a hooded sweatshirt, to, go underneath, along with, another layer. Has, buttons, for, a hood, that, does not, come with, it. Inner and outer pockets. One inner pocket, has, a zipper. One outer pocket, has, a zipper. Inner zippered pocket, is, large enough, for, a wallet.

I had a Santa Fe jacket that was getting old, this was as close as I came to finding as similar jacket. My old jacket was large tall and so is this one, it is longer. I’m 6’2” with long arms and these are a little long but useable. It’s not a cold weather jacket but is good for temps above 30°. It’s Carhartt quality and should last awhile.

Durable, country look, fits as stated.
