Not for people with little or no appetite and are struggling to gain weight.
Will only work as part of an exercise program. This is not for people who have actual problems with appetite, who are under weight and are struggling to gain weight. Its more a supplement for body builders and body beautiful people - you'd probably gain as much without these as muscle weighs more than fat.
