It mostly fits
I used it on a 1998 mustang base model. It matches pretty close to the original. The only thing was that the screws were to short. I barely could fit the not on them. I had to loosen them slightly from the housing in order to be able to fit the screws on. Installation instructions can be found on YT university.

Looks like stock
One thing I didn't like was it would not rotate up and down, Only side to side. Could have been the controls...... not sure. Other than that.... fit good and looks good.
