Favorite salt
This is my favorite salt for cooking. It tastes like the ocean and the lemon thyme makes foods taste great. I always make mashed potatoes with this salt and everyone loves the flavor.

Love this salt
Originally got this as a gift from a friend. She had brought it back from Cornwall. I loved it so much that I went searching on Amazon and was able to get the same item. Great on veggies, chicken, fish and roasted potatoes.

I really wanted to like this
I use a lot of lemon pepper -usually TrueLemon - and, after seeing a show on Cornish salt, decided to try this version. It is so-o-o salty, with little discernible lemon, pepper, or thyme flavor. I have since added more cracked pepper, thyme, and lemon crystals (TrueLemon crystals to the rescue!) which has made it more palatable. I will say I do like the plain Cornish salt flakes I’d ordered. The saltiness and appearance is similar to kosher salt, but I like the flavor better.
