It will surprise you (no Ai bs review)
Not going to lie, I was skeptical at first. Learned of it from Guga's Youtube channel a few years ago. I wasn't sure about the hype. BUT MAN, it can make any of your savory dishes taste good and I'm subpar at cooking. It can save so many of them too. Obviously moderation when cooking with fats like this, but Olive oil can go away. This is way better by far. Absolutely worth the price. Glad it's not more expensive though haha. Glad they don't cheap out on the ingredient. I'd rather them raise the price if it stays like this, authentic. This is a staple now when I want to make anything taste amazing. It's like the MSG of oil. Without the BS.

Love cooking with this stuff
I am fairly new to cooking with tallow. beena t it for about a year now. I researched a lot on the negative health issues with seed oils and decided to make a change to benefit my family. So now, we use Tallow, Avocado oil and rarely Peanut oil (Sorry, but makes the best popcorn). I use tallow now for most of my meats and to pre-season my cast iron skillets and my flat top (Blackstone) outdoor grill. I will tell you, the flavor this adds to my hamburgers and steaks is notable and very pleasing. This tallow adds a nice beefy flavor to anything beef, love cooking with this. I have read with other brands, the color is off or there is an unpleasant odor when cooking, This WAGYU Tallow is not like that. It has a nice almost pure white richness in color. The consistency is a little thinner than lard and that makes it easier to work with. I originally bought two of these, one to use in the kitchen and one to use on my outdoor grill. Storage is easy, keep in a cool dry place or in fridge. I keep mine in the kitchen cabinet and got almost a year use out of it. No mold, no mildew, straight up held its own in the cabinet. As to what you are actually getting, the label reads Pure rendered Wagyu beef fat. Period, no added suet or other ingredients. Bought my second round of this a week ago so I am happy with the quality of this tallow. I would highly recommend this tallow for your culinary needs. Also, this has a low melt and high smoke point, so if you live in a warm environment, you may be happier storing in the fridge to maintain its consistency.

We purchased this tallow specifically for our Blackstone flat-top grill, and it has proven to be an invaluable addition to our cooking routine. It's GOOD!
tossed my Crisco and seed oils -- going back to how my grandparents ate and cooked. They lived good long lives - I"m aiming for the same. This tallow is wonderful. It's easy to use, there's no off odor, it's a pleasant white color, the can seals tightly. I like that it's a natural product. Cleaner living, eating, cooking.

Best beef tallow I've ever purchased! I've tried so many different kinds...
This stuff is amazing! It's this creamy whipped texture that has great flavor. I go through so much tallow and cook just about everything in it, and this is a game changer. I'm hooked! I even melt a little and put this on my dog's kibble, and she devours it. It also helps her sleep through the night and not wake up hungry, which happens with really big dogs. We all need good fat, and this is the BEST!

Clean, quality product from a a trusted company
The perfect way to bast, cook, grill, or smoke. One canister could go a long way depending on how often used — We just love this 100% wagyu tallow that we order it monthly on our subscriber and save because we do all the things listed above. Husband loves to grill and smoke large portions of meat to feed the neighborhood and if we ever start to have an excessive of canisters being shipped, we can skip deliveries. But most often we gift to people that host us for dinners or barbecues. I’ve also purchased lard from this company for my tamales and other baking needs. Appreciate the clean ingredient, and that it is healthier option especially over seed oils that are damaging to our bodies. The price is worth knowing I’m getting a quality product from a company I trust.

BEST BURGERS AND STEAKS
I use this stuff all the time for cooking red meats in cast iron. WOW!!!!! Here's a way to get the BEST BURGER IN TOWN!! From your local meat place /grocery whatever get a low fat grind. Here there's two ways to go, I usually use method one. Simply melt a chunk in the pan- enough that you can baste the burgers. I cook burger with tongs and use the end to scoop up the delicious juice and pour over the burger as it cook as well as a little baste when the meat is resting. As the meat cools it will suck that juice in and man O man what an awesome burger it has become. I use it on steaks the same manner. OR: (2) When making patties for the grill I'll use softened tallow and mix it in the meat continue to cook. Also when using burger for stroganof, etc. I cook the meat in the skillet with tallow then when it says "drain off" excess, DO NOT!!!! keep it in the pan and continue the recipe. Since using this tallow, it's the only way I cook. Because of the price I haven't done fries ...YET, BUT IT'S ON THE MENU!!!
