Disney 13-Inch TV/DVD combo with Remote Control- F1310ATVD

Purchased this tv on March 3, first television arrived and will only show a blue screen with lines. After a few calls, the company sent me a second television with a pink screen and lines. And neither will let you get to the menu screen or anything. Now I have two non-working televisions in my house. Very dissatisfied!!!!!!!!!!

sometimes the DVD port gets stuck shut and the tinker bell decor for the top broke while attempting to install it. the picture quality and sound is surprisingly good though

I purchased this television for my daughter. The screen is green with lines going across it. The Dvd player would not open and the controls did not work. Overall I am so very upset that this doesn't work. I'm sending it back asap. I hope to find something as cute as this to put in my kids bedroom. Very disappointing.

The tv is cute and easy to use. Hoever, the sound quality is poor ans seems to have some sort of "reverb". Not sure if this is what is typical with this TV or if the speak is a bit faulty

Not great picture quality. The dvd player keeps making a awful noise and the fairy on top wont stay put. Overall not a great buy for what it is

My 4 year old daughter loves it so easy to use she does by herself and makes her feel like a big girl. Great product and self esteem booster to boot.
