A great value for glove/mittens!
I have had these for a few years now, and I still have not found a better bang for the buck. If you have been searching around for glove/mittens, you will find two categories: 1. Super cheap ($10-15) but sloppy, ill-fitting, and won't last long. I think one factory makes most of the "brands" in this category. 2. Decent / nice, but super expensive ($50-100) This is the first pair I've found that are decent without charging an unreasonable (IMO) premium. I've tried the cheap ones, and they are too sloppily-made to perform well. These gloves are made of fleece, with good stitching. Since they are designed for hunters, they have a somewhat tighter fit than other gloves. If you are between sizes, you should go up a size to be safe. I bought these for winter camping trips in Pennsylvania, where the temperatures can drop into the teens or single-digits. The mitten overlays keep my hands toasty down to ~25 degrees F, and "not too cold" down to around 10-15 degrees F. The only downsides I see are due to the material choice: - Blustering winds will cut through the fleece, making them less warm - Fleece is not water-resistant, so they are less useful if you have to paw through snow or deal with freezing rain ( though they are synthetic, and will dry quickly). At that point though, you would probably need more expensive gear anyway. As long as you aren't put off by the camo pattern, they are a good balance of price and performance!

Toasty warm on a cold day
I work as a surveyor on Highway projects and I had an older pair of these that had served me well for years. When mine finally wore out, I purchased these for working outdoors in cold harsh conditions where the temps might reach down into the teens. I found that compared to the many types and brands of cold weather gloves I've tried, these are far and away, much warmer. I also love the way I can fold away the finger covers and use my fingers for manipulating the survey instruments. I highly recommend these to keep your hands toasty warm in very cold conditions.

Nice and warm for fleece gloves
Nice gloves for the money. If your flipping the mitten caps on and off a lot there’s no good way to deal with a hand warmer being in there. If you buy the toe warmers with the sticky backs they stay in the cap most of the time. My only complaint is that the fingers seem to just be cut off and not finished stitched, so I’m anticipating having to repair those eventually when they unravel. All in all decent hunting glove for the money

Seems good. About what i had hoped for..
don't have a time in the field with these yet, but they seem like they should do the job just fine. Fit was about what I hoped for. I can wear a large but usually buy mediums for a better fit and a let them stretch. These fit exactly as I had hoped for, a little snug but and my thumb bottoms out slightly at the end but should have just enough room to stretch a bit without blowing out any seams (hopefully). Hands get warm quick whilst sitting in my living room. think these are going to be great for rifle season. price is right!

Good enough to get a second pair
I use these hunting all the time when it gets cold. I use them with a light weight pair of gloves so that my fingers don’t get cold when I lift the top part of mittens off to shoot. I like them do much that I got another pair for my son who goes hunting with me. Would absolutely recommend these.

The best gloves.
These are straight up the best cold/wet weather hunting gloves period! I have tried so many expensive gloves and been disappointed, and to top it off, these are the cheapest. The wool never might get a little damp but never really gets wet - unless you try. Always kept my hands warm to the point of having to remove them or at least flip the tops and I live and hunt in north Idaho. Cold! I even bought a pair for my brother for when he hunts here.

Used for hunting
I bought these to go turkey hunting. Their stayed super warm when in mitten form, pulled off off to shot and all 4 main finger were half way exposed. Be careful to not to get them wet their not water proof. I don’t know if they’ll b cold or not if they get wet it never rained nor did it snow while I was hunting.

Work pretty good
I used these this last December on a hunt. They work pretty well. I would have given them 5 stars but the velcro attachment that keeps the finger pouch back against the hand was loud. This should have been a magnet or just removed all together. Which is what I ended up doing with them. Also, I would have liked a bit of water resistence. These are nice fitting (not to tight) fleece gloves. I think I will spray them down with Silicone spray before using them again.
