This is a great beginners kit to start with bodyweight calisthenics training. You can do so many different exercises with this set. Workout quality is great; the items are definitely durable and comfortable to use. I have great grip and functionality. Definitely worth the money to get started.

This has been a lot of fun as a 50 y/o man with my 15 y/o son, it rolls well and we've had some practice doing the push-ups with the hand bars also, haven't used the jump rope or elastic bands at all. A pretty good little work-out package that spurred us to do some work-outs.

Not exactly “high quality” however it doesn’t need to be. These are simple pieces of equipment that function just how they’re supposed to. I have read all the critical opinions on this and noticed it myself, however none of the “issues” I’ve been reading were actually issues to me. Every piece here works just fine.

Quick set to get stomach warmed up, just started back working out heavy . Wish stretchy cords were made better but it’s a decent set for the price. A little kick off !
