As a small person, the Fluidstance Grade is a perfect complement to my standing desk at work. I’ve only used it for a few weeks so far, but in that time, I can already feel the difference it has made in my overall core muscles.It is not difficult to use and I was surprised with how quickly my body adapted to the balancing. I use it every day for about an hour to an hour and a half at work.I highly recommend a Fluidstance balance board to anyone who wants to build their core and become more healthy overall!

Bought this to go with my new standing desk and to help train for snowboard movements. This board is amazing! I can wobble on it mindlessly for about an hour before i feel like i have to take a break and it really DOES help with snowboarding. For reference, i am 5' tall and weigh 127 pounds. As a smaller adult this board is perfect for me! i cant imagine how oversized the adult board must be!
