Is the bag plain orange or with the print like in the first picture?

Mine was plain orange. no print. But that was several years ago.

Will the flat style arb503 bag hold the 3-1/4" strap or is it made exclusively for the 2-3/8" strap it is packaged with in the weekender kit?

I can not answer, as I do not have this type of bag. I use the large bag and the small overnight type that holds a tree saver (8 foot static) and 2 metal shackles. The large bag holds a 30 foot tow(static), a 20 foot recovery strap, a H/D line damper, and 2 soft shackles. I use the different size styles to differentiate my needs at a glance.

What is the bag made from? is it durable? does it have a rubber bottom? they done a poor job of telling the details on it. im still going to order it

It is a canvas like material. Very durable. No it does not have a rubber bottom. I use it to carry my survival gear (shackles, etc) and it holds up fine.

does anyone know if this bag completely full will fit into the decked drawer system?

Not knowing how big your drawers are I have no clue. I'd look at the stated dimensions and compare with the measurements of your drawer system. A deep drawer perhaps, but mine rides behind my seat.
