Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This is a professional dermaroller with real individual titanium needles as described, way better than dermarollers with wheel needles.I have waited a short while before leaving a review as I knew that the results would need to be given time to show.This was my first time using a dermaroller with individual needles so I was greatful for the leaflet guidance and advice that came inside the box with the dermaroller, they also sent email with detailed instructions on how to use.Excellent customer service and aftercare from Aufgeld.I was really happy with the packaging and the box it came in. Dermaroller was in a sealed wrapper with clear case for keeping the roller clean and to ensure the needles are protected.The process of using the dermaroller was very simple, it was just a bit painful.I found that my skin was irritated for a couple of days afterwards and would only tolerate products for very sensitive skin being used.This did worry me at first however I did find that whatever I did put on my skin was absorbed more quickly and effectively.After a week my skin appeared brighter and firmer, which was an added bonus as the main reason I decided to use it was in for fine lines starting to develop on my forehead. Two weeks after there was a noticeable improvement to my fine lines, however I will need to continue use to see longer term benefit.I am very pleased with my purchase and will continue to use dermaroller from this brand.

After watching Gin Amber's videos on YouTube I decided to look for a derma roller with individual needles. I wasn't disappointed with Aufgeld. It's a very nicely made derMa roller with individual needles, not squeaky at all. Gave a nice glow to skin after applying products. Just as goood as having an expensive facial in a beauty salon. Purchased 2 different needle lengths for different needs. A+ will definitely be repurchasing in future.

0.5mm watch out if you have not used one before. I bought this for the rumour of it helping encourage facial hair growth in conjunction with other products. It is more painful than I had anticipated on first use. It did not draw blood though my face felt sunburnt for 5 hours following. The rollers needles are quality made and no imperfections. Perfectly lined. The handle however feels very delicate as cheap brittle plastic often does though if you are applying enough pressure to break it you are probably doing it wrong. Overall it’s a good purchase. I would say it’s a good buy. Other cheaper options are out there but something like this is worth investing in something reliable.

I cant really say if its working or not bcs I tryed that just once. Just sometime it was little bit painful but not that rediculous that I couldnt finish it x)

Brought the 0.5 about a month ago and just received the 0.7 today - extremely fast delivery and good quality product. The needles in this are real rather than the fake micro needling devices with wheels. Will definitely be buying again when I need to replace mine.

I brought this product for my stretch marks and I have ended up having to see my gp huge rash all over my body, painful, makes everything worse biggest regret will never recommend a product like this for home use should be illegal to sell
