The King's Gambit: A modern view of a swashbuckling opening

A fine readable look at a dangerous and exciting opening. Kings Gambit rarely if ever gives a dull game, thats if there even is such a thing?, and this openings likely to explode for either player anytime. The Books well laid out with clear advice. Lots of games to follow, all modern. The only annoying snag is the Chess diagrams don't have the co-odinates of A-h/1-8 on the sides so you waste time making sure you're on the correct square. A minor point really, but so easily fixed (come on u Publishers get with it). Good to see Nigel Short among others have re-launched this classic opening. A book worth adding to that collection, especially for those who like life in the bold risk-takers fast lane of Chess.
