My daughter is 11 yo daughter is 5/2 with a 25" waist (at the belly button). We purchased the size 14 and it was a bit snug in the waist, fit more like a 12. The length came to the bottom of her knees. Good quality item, it just runs a bit small in the waist.

These run a little large,,,Grand daughter needed to safety pin it to make the waist fit better. She loves how it makes her dresses poof out, especially the 50 style ones that she loves....

For a flower girls dress. Added just enough fullness for the dress. A 6yr old wearing the size 8 slip. She is not overweight but the waist fit snug. So glad I ordered the 8 because she would of never fit in a smaller waist size. Just not a lot of extra waist room. But for length I will have to cut off about 3 inches because the 8 was too long for her height. So order up for waist to fit comfortably.

Runs about 2 sizes too small for the average size kid. My daughter runs on the skinny side she’s 7 soI ordered her an 8 and way to small.
