Do you pour this undiluted into the reservoir or dilute it to 3 ounces per gallon? This is confusing.

Pour undiluted into reservoir with water turned off. Run clean cycle then drain. Turn water back on and run clean cycle twice more. Throw out first bat h of ice.

Do you add all 16 oz at one time to an under counter ice maker? Do you have to use a squeeze bottle to add it to the reservoir?

I just put 8 oz in the reservoir then let it go through the clean cycle. Throw away the next few batches of ice

Can you shipping to Montenegro?

Does this kill mold and mildew?

Not sure but this product is for keeping ice making coils and surfaces from accumulating scale deposits. Soap and water works best on plastic hose that tend to get mold and mildew.
