Hair Chalk Pens

My 5 year old has been wanting to dye her hair different colors. I didn't think she was ready for that yet so this was a perfect and temporary alternative. She has been having fun using the different colors and it applies so easily she could even put it in herself. It also didn't make a mess when applying and was really easy to wash out (just one wash and it all came out). It works decently well for what it is. I will note, her hair is a dirty blonde, so most the colors show up decently well but this wouldn't be good for those with dark hair, the color probably wouldn't be visible.

These worked great for a 8-9yr old's sleepover. The kids could do it themselves and had such a fun time with them -- and managed not to get it all over the furniture! It stays in well and even the girls with darker hair had colors that showed up well.

The pigment is strong and it shows up in my girls light brown hair With very heavy application. However, the chalk piece is so narrow that it’s really hard to apply. I have to put my hand under the hair to hold it in place or the small chalk just pushes around the hair. The hair chalk that’s shaped like a comb seems like it would work a lot better.

So I bought these because I am going to lose my hair during chemo and I wanted to have fun cutting off and shaving my head. My nieces colored my face and hair before cutting it off. This stuff is amazing! I worked on my light hair and my bf’s very dark hair. It was a blast!It came off the skin easily with make up remover. You just have to scrub a little. The rest came off in the shower. I can’t speak to how easily it washes out of hair since we both shaved our heads. SO MUCH FUN!!!!

I bought these for my niece to have fun putting highlights in her hair and she loves them! Some of the colors stand out more than others but that was to be expected. She especially loves having the pink and purple highlights. It helps that she has blonde hair.

DO NOT BUY THESE! I received a package with one of the seals broken and a pen was used….disgusting.
