Wasn’t quite sure how useful these would be but totally amazed how well they work! So easy to use, the blades are interchangeable very quickly. There is a safety feature which protects the user which is very important in my loin I have used the long blade to trim lots of shrubs, it’s so light to hold and does a great job. Obviously it won’t cut through very thick branches but it’s sturdy enough to do a general trim on shrubbery, not trees. The battery lasted ages so that was a bonus as I wasn’t sure how long it would be before needed recharging. Highly recommend his product, excellent value for a very useful gardening tool.

Quick review: Pros: - Easy to set up - Easy to use - Has a safety switch (a toggle that pulls out) - Charges by plug - Holds charge (used mine for 20mins and still had battery) - Worked with long grass and thick bushes CONS - The trigger got stuck a couple of times but pulled out the safety toggle to shutdown so no drama. - Surprisingly no other cons. FULL REVIEW: I give my garden a big tidy up about 4 times a year, so didn't want to spend lots on a tool I wouldn't use that much. I read a load of reviews about this and similar products (in the same price range this was £30). Decided on this because the reviews were ok (a bit mixed) but mostly because I ordered it at 11am and it was delivered a few hours after (thanks to Prime). I have a strip of unloved grass (long grass mixed with weeds and dry soil) at the front of the house. Usually takes about an hour to pull out by hand or chop with garden shears. I tried this gadget with the smaller folk attachment, I wasn't expecting much, but it worked really well! Felt like I was like shearing a sheep! Think it took about 20 mins (I kept stopping to gather the grass). The battery was still good, but I put it on charge while I had a brew and then tackled the back garden, fence covered with ivy and some thicker branches. I swapped to the longer, saw-looking attachment and used it for about 20 mins (stopping to move my step to reach higher). It really did exceeded all my expectations. Got the job done quicker, the battery lasted too. I'm writing this review after just one use so will report back/update if anything changes with the tool's performance. I don't usually write reviews, but because the many mixed/not so good reviews on this nearly put me off purchasing, I'm glad I took a chance! It made a long and boring task quick and easy!

Works very well. Battery seems to last well (but see comment below.) Instructions not clear you need to insert the little plastic plug into the end of the handle to make them work. Easy to swap the trimmer and hedge cutting blades. As a safety measure you need to keep pressure on a sliding switch as well as pulling the trigger to make it run. Holding the slide switch makes my hand ache, so can't use for very long. Consequently I have no idea how long the battery would last in continuous use.

I read reviews on this which were mixed but, one person who said same took a chance and reviewed it as glad they did. Well, I'm glad they did as I bought going on their review and honestly it is brilliant. I have had a strokemand can't hold heavy items so have been using secators to trim a shaoed hedge shrub and takes blooming ages but, with this omg makes light work and it looks so neat and its so easy. I even used the lawn tool to cut shrub as well as using it on edges. I also used the lawn tool to get rid of and rip up,weeds in the cracks on edge of my drive brilliant. I am also going to use it to domthe lawn edge at family grave as I saw someone say they bought it for that as I was using scissors to do it like them as shears are just to heavy and awkward for me. If your hesitating on purchasing this don't as it is a very useful little tool and the head are so easy to change as that is something else I struggle with. Wish I had bought it years ago.

Lot of options for sale around same price, chose this make as had a discount and I have another item of this make. Fast delivery. A few hours for initial charge, blade units simply click into place, have now used to do all lawn edges, much easier and neater than with big strimmer, and trim a couple of shrubs, I was stopping and starting but think the suggested battery life of an hour is fair, it didn’t run out on me, now recharging. Booklet says 2-year limited warranty. Not sure how to clean the blades, directions say use a brush or dry cloth but they’re not getting them completely clean. UPDATE: 2nd time fitting the grass shears they were very difficult to attach properly, and currently cannot detach them - stuck in the bottom recess. Ok till I want to use the shrub shears….

The grass trimmer is perfect but the hedge trimmer aspect is not fit for purpose. It’s not powerful enough to cut the small branches that you find in hedges I will now need to get a hedge trimmer as a separate purchase

I use the grass cutting blade but haven’t tried the hedge cutter yet. I bought it for cutting the grass on my husband’s grave. He is buried in a woodland burial ground and although the grounds men cut the area I like to keep my plot neat and tidy and define it. I was using a large pair of scissors which took ages and my back hurt afterwards. With this great gadget the grass is cut in just a few minutes. It took a few hours initially to charge up but now it literally reaches full charge again in about an hour. I have also used it in my garden to trim the edges of the grass instead of the strummer as it makes a neater job. You must remember to pull out the safety two pronged attachment when finished similar to that on a speed boat so that you do not accidentally switch it on again. I would highly recommend it.

Funziona bene, batteria dura molto, un'ora di lavoro la regge facilmente e ne rimane. Ottimo per piccoli lavori non professionali. Scomoda l'impugnatura per la pressione del tasto che alla lunga stanca la mano

Brilliant bit of kit! Small, lightweight and easy to handle, but don’t let the size fool you — it’s got plenty of power. It trims through hedges cleanly and smoothly and makes the job so much quicker. Ideal if you want something compact that still gets the job done properly. Very happy with it.

Missing a vital part

Really handy tool for trimming the edges of your lawn or grass areas with the short attachment and hedges with the longer attachment. The manual was easy to follow and the battery lasts a long time. Good value for money.

I bought doesn't working product! I charged it full but it doesn't work absolutely.
