Great brush heads!
These brush heads perform their job admirably. While your results may vary, what follows has been my experience:I brush twice a day with my Sonicare... sometimes on the 2 minute cycle, most often on the 3 minute cycle. I have found that these brush heads tend to last a little longer than the recommended replacement window. Rarely will the blue 'indicator' start to fade within the first couple of weeks... but then almost all at once it begins to fade -- pretty dramatically. So while the blue indicator bristles may be a helpful reminder to replace your brush heads, I find that you've got quite an extended grace-period in which you can continue to use them.As a side note - I am of the opinion that using the sterilizer that comes with some of the Sonicare's that use these heads tends to cause the blue indicator lines to fade much sooner than they would normally.

Do a good job, very happy with these
I'm nothing but pleased with these brush heads. They seem to do an excellent job cleaning, and are holding up just fine for my wife and myself. We have the Philips Sonicare FlexCare brush, rather than the DiamondClean brush. We chose to get this "older" version of the brush based on reviews, and simply use the newer brush heads, and I have to say I do think this is the winning combination. The brush works great, and these heads fit perfectly, and do a great job cleaning.I have only one minor comlaint (outside of price...obviously I wish these brush heads weren't so darn pricey): I wish they still offered the color-coded rings for the brush heads. My wife and I share a single electric toothbrush, just switching the head out, and it would be nice to more easily distinguish whose is whose. It's not a huge deal; we just keep the heads in separate drawers, but it would be nice to have that extra way of distingushing them.

Love my DiamondClean but have a gripe
My Sonicare was probably one of the best purchases I made all year. Aside from the looks of the tooth brush and the cool factor it has in charging, it is by far the best toothbrush I've ever owned. From the very first use, my teeth has never felt cleaner (except for when leaving the dentists office). With my personal preference of using Rembrandt products that has peroxide in it, my teeth has also gotten noticeably whiter. As for the downside though, relating to these brush heads specifically, they recommend that you change your toothbrush at least once every 3 months. This I understand, but when you brush your teeth at least twice a day as recommended, they tend to wear out a little faster then the 3 month mark. Heck, even faster than two at times. This definitely jacks up the price of replacements by a lot. The indicator on the brush heads tend to wear out a little more then half way after only about a month of use. I do feel as if its still definitely worth it but be weary of how much you'll be shelling out a year on the cost of replacements alone.Since I'm the only one in my household using a Sonicare, I don't have to worry about any color coded rings to identify which brush head is mine. Though, it's definitely a thought to consider (if there's multiple users) on how much money you'll be spending throughout the year if everyone in the house brushes their teeth 2x a day and all use the same types of brush head.I would love to rate this 5 stars being that I actually do love the product but the star has to be taken off due to its fluctuating expensive price. As of 7/29/2012, retail is currently $29.99 off the Philips website for a 3-pack ($10/brush), Amazon is $35.16 (almost $12/brush) and Target's website says $29.99 just for a 2-pack ($15/brush!) with the 3-pack being sold out. Amazon usually does have the best prices, is normally good with its stock and does an almost excellent job with its Prime membership so I have no major complaints about the price here.UPDATE[8/14] This product is a "newer version" of Philips Sonicare HX6063/60 DiamondClean Standard Brush Heads, 3-Pack according to Amazon and since there were no reviews already written I took it upon myself to copy my previous review to this one and help those who may be in the dark. I'm assuming they're exactly the same product, but when I order again I will update my review and note if there's any difference at all.UPDATE[8/29] Just received it in the mail this morning, you can find 2 pictures I've uploaded in the product images. The only difference of this one compared to the HX6063/60 model is the packaging. The old one comes in a small box, this one comes in a prettier plastic casing you need scissors for (wish it was frustration free). Aside from that everything is still exactly the same.

Not Cheap, But Good
You can get cheaper ones, but I believe these are worth the expense. I floss daily, then brush with these brushes, and I follow up by swishing my mouth with colloidal silver. The colloidal silver is the cherry on the cake. I have my own maker so it costs me virtually nothing. On my last cleaning, even my dental hygienist was wanting to know what I was doing so that she could follow suit.

Love my new Sonicare products...
Just purchased a new Sonicare Toothbrush after being without one for years. My dental hygienist already notices a huge difference in my teeth and gums. I decided to upgrade the brush head from the standard care (that came with the toothbrush) to these Diamond Clean type heads. I cannot see a huge difference between this "Diamond" brush head and the standard clean that came supplied with the toothbrush but they seem to do the trick. The entire process takes some getting used to 'cause I haven't used an electronic or sonic toothbrush in years but my teeth & gums feel great...really clean! These replacement heads are pricey but my hygienist, who is really finicky told me "she can get 4-6 months out of these heads when brushing twice daily." Good deal

We think these improve performance of basic Sonicare handles
We are very happy with these toothbrush heads. They are the real deal. We actually believe these DiamondClean heads improve the performance of the Sonicare handle. (We have two of these: Philips Sonicare 3 Series Gum Health Sonic Electric Rechargeable Toothbrush, HX6631/30.Using these brush heads, we feel we get the performance of Sonicare's expensive handles.
