Loaded without too much trouble, other than having to register a business domain name.I have operated my business with an AOL email address for years, but Microsoft would not accept it and they 'helped' to create a business domain through Go Daddy.All looked good until I received confirmaiton of the domain name created, which included 'onmicrosoft' in the name, so I cannot use it for any other purpose without advertising microsoft.Since this is an annual subscription, next year I will be retiring this domain and creating my own to use going forward.As for ease of use, that depends on experience adn what you want out of it - There is more than anyone who is not a computer nerd would use in a lifetime!

Difficult to install

Great price for this amazing suite of programs
