I think so, go by the weight. I’m 5’2” and 55kg and it’s perfect for taking a rest when out walking. It’s very light and comes with a shoulder strap.

22" up to top of corners. About 1" of sag in middle. Length,when folded is 27"-28" Steel legs. Very sturdy. Weighs just under 2lbs

Is the fabric removable for washing?

No it is not removable. It can be sponge cleaned easily enough.
