what is 1/2"-14, flare or NPT end? I am looking at 20381-000 and 008, need a flare.

These are flare for flowjet. The other end (NPT) is national Pipe Tapered Thread. Which is a standard for pipe fitting tapered thread. So 1/2 inch pipe thread basically.
