This printer is just amazing. I upgraded from the old version and it is SO much clearer. I use it to print labels for my business and I constantly get compliments on the labels. Crisp clean quality printing. The app upgrade is also way better.Some suggestions for improvement:- I'd love to see a feature where the printer stops printing BEFORE it overheats and not in the middle of a print. I've learned to tell when it's about to overheat, but I've lost quite a few labels to it overheating in the middle of printing.- I'd love to see more colors of paper! Maybe even some patterns?- The 'negative' option for printing is cool but doesn't come out in great quality. If I create a negative of my image on a different app and then print, it is more clear.- The space between prints, while I understand is necessary for getting the paper all the way out, is a huge wasted gap. I wish there were an option to print 5x of one image (or however many, just more than one) and have them print without a 1/2" gap in between to save paper.Overall though the value for the price of this printer and not having to buy ink is AMAZING, I highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved this device. I did as instructed and charged it fully—this didn’t take long at all. The app is very easy to use, the printer connects effortlessly, and the quality is great. The paper it comes with isn’t their longer lasting kind (this is the two years one) so if you want to start printing right away with the longer lasting paper, please buy it extra. My only real complaint is that it can waste a lot of paper; too much margin on top and bottom of design and given the rolls are smaller (to fit into the tiny device) this means you’ll have to have a lot of rolls ready if you’re a heavy user. I’m waiting for different kinds of paper to use to see how I like it. The prints for my line art are especially good even on the starter paper. This helps me with journaling my concepts and referring to them when making my more complex and final pieces. I wish this device could also use their label paper but I guess I’ll buy one of their dedicated label makers in the future.

I am obsessed with this little printer. Although I am a grown adult with the ability to get stickers anywhere, I love that I can go through a creative process and make something of my own. I think it is fantastic for the price point (although it was selling for $7 dollars cheaper when my order arrived, I can’t hold it against the seller) and you get a quality thermal printer for an affordable price. I splurged a little after reading reviews for the glitter paper from the same seller/manufacturer and am glad I did. It is phenomenal looking and the creative possibilities are endless. Also note, I found the product very intuitive and had no issues using it immediately. After plugging it in to charge upon arrival, I printed my first sticker within 8 minutes of my first time using the app and product. AND it came out great! Read through the other reviews for a variety of tips and look at the final image before printing- it will print exactly as it looks! I find myself putting my pics in “Noir” black and white mode on my phone and messing with the settings to get a nice contrasting image (very light with very dark) before even open it up in the app. The end result is artistic and beautiful!

I bought this specifically to use for Postcards, through Postcrossing. I have low vision, so writing on postcards is difficult. It's easy to use, though the instructions could be a bit more detailed on things like how to load paper. The app is mostly intuitive, again, some things aren't overly clear, but you can figure it out easily enough. I simply copy the address from the Postcrossing email into the Note in the app, and make the font bigger if needed, and print. It prints all characters, including foreign, which is great! Then I type up a note to the Postcrosser I'm sending the postcard to, and affix that, too. I bought a set of sticker paper in multiple colors, so am looking forward to color-coordinating the address and notes to the postcard )

I was skeptical when I saw this for sale during prime day deals . I jumped on it when I heard from other planner babes in the community commending this specific model to be a basic printer and works for the price that they paid. DEFINITELY quality also depends on the paper refills that you choose to use. In terms of portability, it is small and compact to pack and take with you. I love the color and it came packaged along with instructions and a charging cable. Printing graphics already loaded in the phomemo app was phenominal, you could change the thickness of the lines, text to print , and print pictures from your phone through the app. The pictures were a bit grainy and dark BUT it is what you get for the price you paid. I would stick to a portable mini photo printer like a canon ivy or sprocket for pictures. Overall love it for journaling .

Pretty easy to use.Even if you have to download the app to use the cutest little portable printer ever! - it is not that bad, and has quite a few templates you can use for labelling and other stuff.Bluetooth connectivity is great.You can adjust the thickness of printing - fine, medium, thick.I bought extra paper so I could have the smaller size for labels and biggest size for other stuff like pics.I just didn't like changing between the two label sizes, but that's on me because I can't commit to just one size!I have used mine for labelling my binders, printing recipes, and pics of my bf and kitty.Overall, if you like to print out tiny black and white pics relatively quickly and are willing to shell out the about $70 or 80 (got mine on sale) - this is a good investment.

Definitely an impulse purchase. My previous brother label maker bit the biscuit awhile back, but I can't say I missed it. Now that I have the M02S, I can say that my inner Type A can't live without it.Starting school, my binders are all sparkly and neatly labelled and organized. Thanks Phomemo.I am actively looking for excuses to use the printer. Bookmarks, cards, scrapbooking... just the tip of the iceberg.The app is surprisingly easy to use, and I have not encountered any bugs or issues with it. Considering that the app itself is super new, the fact that it runs so smoothly is quite astonishing.The printer is thermal, so no ink is required, and there are a number of cute sticker paper rolls you can get. I am partial to the sparkly ones. It does get a little warm when printing lots of stuff, but not hot.If you need a label printer with lots of usage flexibility, please buy. If you are half asleep and shopping, I would also recommend impulse buying! You won't be disappointed either way :)

It works very well. The package arrived safely and I have been using it with no problems for the past two months. It prints perfectly even when I remove the paper holder, which lets me print on paper of slightly larger sizes too. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product.

I got the machine and it doesn't print well in the beginning. Then i contact the customer service in Whatsapp, they patiently confirm with me ithe printer's problems. And then they said they can send me a new one without returning my current one. The next day, i got their shipping infomation and got the new machine within 1-2 days. I try it again and turn out the new one works very well. very fast to print, easy to use, very clear and just perfect. I believe the first one i got happend to be a used one and got returned. But the customer service is very good so i have nothing to complain about .
