You get what you pay for with this one. Some people want cheap, others understand "value." I can't compare it to other options BUT I think the price point is right on with this. The construction is sturdy and the screen is easy to use and understand. The steam functions very well and the press quality is great. Nice and flat flats, sharp creases. I'm very happy to get through all my ironing way faster than with an iron and with better results than an iron could ever give me.

If you like quality press’s pants it works good But, if you like a deep crease it does not work Casual pants look nice, blue jeans look okay It has saved money, so I don’t have to go to the dry cleaners Does great on curtains and sheets

Upon receiving this press, we set it up according to the instruction booklet. We attempted to use the steam function and it did not work. We read through the troubleshooting instructions but still could not get it to work. The manual DOES NOT provide any contact information for technical support. There is no phone number or email address. We assumed we might have gotten a defective unit so we returned it to Amazon and requested a replacement. Upon receiving the replacement unit, we set it up and again attempted to use the steam function. It DID NOT WORK. The user booklet does not match the actual unit. Some of the instructions refer to controls that are not present on the unit, etc. Certain indicators blink on the control panel and beeping can be heard but the user booklet does not explain what any of these signals mean. We spent some more time trying the troubleshooting recommendations but still could not get the steam function to work. The user booklet says to take the unit to a service center if the troubleshooting does not work. This essentially means the manufacturer provides ZERO post-purchase support. Unfortunately we had to return it to Amazon yet again. Sadly the press seems like it would do a good job if only the steam function would work. But with a total lack of manufacturer support and a poorly written and incomplete user booklet, we CANNOT recommend this press. If you need the steam function, DO NOT purchase this press.

it's good with wrinkles, but if you are not careful when placing clothing to be pressed, it can create wrinkles. May need to ensure you place additional material to create more cushion to avoid wrinkles though.

Love how it take little time to iron once it’s programmed heat is reached.

I’ve used it to press clothes ( all types of fabric inc silk) to avoid taking to dry cleaning when garment only needs pressing. It works great and fast and easy to use. It’s not perfect but pretty darn close and 5x easier than ironing. I have the large product and have it set on top of my dryer. So I just turn it on , pop the garment/ sheets in, pull down the big handle for a few seconds in each area and done in about 2 minutes. So for me no set up or getting iron out. Leave handle up once you turn on. Also steam want start until it has reached a certain temp. Several settings. I hate ironing and I don’t mind doing this at all because I get bigger, quicker results. It’s very warm right after you finish so fold right away or hang and kind of keeps pressing garment during cool down.

This product is awesome! I've only used once so far, but have washed and pressed 6 pairs of shorts and 5 golf shirts. It works great, and saved about $65 from sending to the dry cleaner. This will pay for itself in a few months! Was easy to use. The top does get hot so you need to be careful; other than that I think it is a great product. I plan on buying another one for our vacation home.

I LOVE IT!!!!! This is just the perfect size for home use. I love the crisp look, the steam feature, and extremely easy to use! My stand will be here tomorrow, along with the starches, etc. No more taking them to the cleaners! WINNING
