PRINCE HANGER Double 2tier Hanger&Shelves with Curtain & Pole Hanger

I was very excited to get this product because it was a non damaging closet system. It was pretty easy to installed by myself, it would have been a lot easier with another helping hand. 3 weeks into using the closet system, it collapsed..... and left some damaging marks on my wall.

Never took this out of the shipping container, returned to seller upopened. I ordered 3 sets of these, 2 from this seller and one of the double hanger was thru another seller. After spending 6 plus hours setting it up so everything was straight floor to ceiling and level end to end, I hung my clothes and in less than an hour the uprights add slipped down and all the cross bars were no longer level. It does not work for me. Can't get hanger/cross rods to tighten enough to remain in place.

I love the prince hangers, i turned an extra bedroom into my closet. looks neat and everything is well organized. very easy to assemble

The idea is good. But it do not fix well. It is falling.
