Love this pan!
So easy to clean! Great for cooking steak...makes streaks just like on the outside grill.

Good pan
This is a good pan and cooks evenly. The handle came loose over time, but was easily tightened with a screw driver.

Getting too common....
Product came busted up...handle half falling off and Big Bang in it...if I wanted busted up kitchen pans I’d have just kept using the ones I have

well made and useful
I picked this up for my husband who like to pan grill steak, and has done a number on my high end non-stick. It is a nice size grilling pan which could easily accommodate a good sized steak or half a chicken. I doew do a good job of grilling meat, and vegetables. (When my husband was done with the meat and potatoes my daughter grillled some broccoli and onions in the pan.) It did a good job with both, and cleaned up easily. The Ecoliution Evolv3 comes with a (limited) lifetime warranty. It also has a user's guide (1 page long) which my husband described as huge. Well, it is 1 page, and in my opinion is written for novice cooks. (How many people need to be told not to store food in a frying pan?) That said, my son's college did recommend their bringing (a limited amount of) cookware. We did get him *a* pan, and a copy of Mark Bittman's "How to cook everything," which I understand did come in handy during a summer internship when he needed to fend for himself. This pan is much l;arger than the one we got for him. After all, that was for 1 kid to cook for himself. This pan can easily serve a famaily (as it did last night). It was only the extensive tips and warnings which made me think this was aikmed at novice cooks. It is a nice pan and well made. It is also one I did not have,. despite accumulating a lot of cookware over the years. This one, I think, is destined to become my husband's favorite.

Heats Quickly & Evenly. Great Non-Stick & Easy to Clean.
This is a pretty decent grill pan. The handle has a nice shape (ergonomic) and grip. Plus the sides are a good height to minimize splatter. There is also a decent amount of surface area to cook probably 4 - 5 burgers. The grill pan heated up quickly and evenly. I was a little concerned at first because there is no metal plate on the bottom of the pan, so I thought this might affect the heating of the pan. Nope. This pan seems to work quite well.I cooked my cod filets in this grill pan. I heated the pan on the #4 setting of my burner (which is about medium/ low-med). This is a non-stick coated pan and you never want to use HIGH heat on any non-stick because it will eventually warp the pan.I rubbed about a tsp of canola oil in the pan, but I probably didn't even need that because the non-stick coating works so well. Plus, I had a smidge of olive oil & seasoning already on my Cod fish fillets. This pan cooked my Cod well and there was NO sticking. I also tossed some zucchini on the grill pan too and it worked well for that as well.Overall I am quite pleased w/this pan. The food releases well because of the great non-stick coating. The pan makes nice grill Mark's and helps keep excess fat/oil from the food. Clean up is really easy too. The price is a bit much for just 1 pan, but it's a good pan so it's probably worth it.

Just in time to grill my brats, gives them the nice grill marks and that great taste.
Careful what you read on product pages, this is listed in the description as a heavy gauge steel pan. It's not, and that's good because I didn't want that at all. I got a grill pan on the Vine some years ago and it must way 10 pounds. Manipulating it with one hand hurts my tennis elbow, just dragging it out of the cabinet. I generally cover it with non-stick aluminum foil or it's a pain to clean up. The bottom is flat so you have to get the heat up high to use as a grilling platform. This version is easier to manipulate. It weighs much less than my other grill pan, and is non-stick. The bottom as opposed to being flat like my other gill pan, it's ribbed underneath. I'm not sure that's the best for electric stoves, but for my gas range, it works great. I can put my pre-cooked brats, or my burger patties on it and get those nice grill marks. I don't grill everyday outdoors because I don't like to clean up the charcoal and the grill surface. This works better inside to get the result without all the cleanup work. The non-stick coating is easy to clean. Additionally, you can grill asparagus, carrots, broccoli, peppers and tomatoes to get that nice grilled veggie flavors, and the grill marks. It works just as well searing beef for pot roast, steaks for pan frying or chicken breads for baking recipes. Lightweight and functional. I recommend it highly.

Works well
This is a pretty good pan. The groves make it great for "grilling" on your stove top. It really is non-stick for most things. We did spray it before using it with fish, and that worked well. When we cooked chicken and beef on it, nothing stuck and we did not spray it beforehand. It cleans easily. The handle is a little flimsy and I'm not sure it's going stand up over time. Overall, though, it disperses the heat evenly and cooks everything very nicely.

I got this to replace another
The other one I have has a handle that removes and it came off when my husband last used it. I decided we needed something safer, so now I have this one. It has all the features as the other one that my husband loved but the handle doesn't come off like on the last one.
