Ariete 1366 Picasso Espresso Machine Coffee Maker, Powder or Pods, Built In Milk Frother for Barista Style Cappuccinos and Lattes

It makes very good coffees, personally i use borbone coffe and always a pleasure to drink, just make it warm up properly, that might be an issue!

This product was sold on Amazon UK and arrived fitted with an English plug and was therefore clearly intended for use in the UK. After 5 months of minimum use the product badly malfunctioned, leaking water all over the kitchen counter every time it was filled up. Whilst this product is covered by a 2-year warranty, the warranty is absolutely useless as there are no Ariete service centres anywhere in the UK. There are service centres all over Europe, Russia and even Africa, but not in the UK. When we contacted the seller (DB Technology Srl), their ultimate response was that it is not their fault that the machine is faulty and not their fault that Ariete has no service centres in the UK. It is totally unacceptable for the distributer of the product not to take any responsibility for a faulty product for which they sell. As Ariete have no service centres anywhere in the UK, I can only imagine that if a problem occurs with any of their products, that the customer is left out of pocket with no recourse to repair the item. I am only giving 1 star because I cannot give 0 stars. This product deserves 0!!

Can't fit my cups or mug under it. So pretty useless

Two issues -It's difficult to find cups that go under the spouts and then don't need to be tipped to take them outIt has an continental plug + an adapter which then sticks out from the socket quite a way and looks clumsyIt is noisy when filling the cupsGood points -It makes a good espresso, there are two spouts which can be used for two cups but are close enough for filling one cup and it looks good

The build quality is a bit cheap, but so it the price. works fine though.

Nothing worth the money

The filter comes without adaptor to reduce the quantity of coffee for a single cup. The steam just blows out water in the milk rather than warming it up. The machine came without the plug adaptor, had to buy one to connect it to the socket.

This makes agreat coffee I would like to see a larger spce to get a mug underlove my coffee so have to make 2 shots...........such a sme lol
