I make chocolate-covered strawberries, and this chocolate is the best I've ever used. I love it so much.

Best chocolate
Came in good shape despite of the heat, I placed it in the fridge right away for 20 mins to prevent it from melting, then took it out to balance it to room temp for storage. My favorite chocolate for baking. But missed on posting that it is only 1kg. I could've bought local in U.S. for almost same price at 2.5kg weight.

The chocolate was out of this world great!! Smooth and better than any white chocolate I have ever tasted. It was not hard at all to temper in the microwave! All you need is a good candy thermometer and a plastic bowl.

It got very expensive
When buying a don’t realize that it’s only 1kg! I thought there was a bigger pack. Just in 2024 I bought 5.5 LB for $55 and now it’s double the price for that same amount! Will try to return it!
