Gears in head sloppy
I was kind of surprised, the gearing in the head is little more sloppy than I like. I do not recommend

Happy with the ratchet
Nice chrome finish. Used the tool with an additional breaker bar for work on replacing my car's front ball joints, brake and steering components.Great tool, strong and works great for it's intended purpose. And made in USA

5450XL VS 5450XL-TT
Received 5450XL-TT from a very confused vendor. Only recently did I understand this. Difference being is that 5450XL-TT has a detent pin instead of a ball detent for socket retention, which is a hindrance during socket change. The listing is specifically for a regular 5450XL. Do not get screwed over like me.

Great finish, great ratcheting action. I haven't disassembled it to inspect the gears but its well put together and I have no doubts it will last a long time.
