Do the "feet" pivot flat at all for easy storage? will this be stable on carpet?

Yes they turn for easy storage! This will work on carpet, but I would recommend a hard surface for even better stability.

Can I order replacement parts? My son lost the fasteners that adjust the height of the barre.
