Easy to install in about 10 minutes. Fit my 1.7 Kw Rivera Primo starter just fine. I reused the rubber gasket and the 9/32 bolts from my starter to mount because I hate button head Allen bolts. They go on great but always strip trying to get them out. I also used a dab of blue loctite for added insurance against them coming loose. It’s a simple contraption that just makes sense. I don’t know why all starters don’t come with them standard. My bike is a 1999 Softail style custom with a 96” S&S. I have the Rivera Primo 1.7 KW starter with a 9 tooth All Balls one piece jack shaft. Great price and it seems fairly stout.

These are simple. They’re extremely easy to install. And you’ll wish you had one, if your plastic starter button breaks.

Harley said I needed a new started but this fixed my issue and is reliable. I now have peace of mind knowing I’ll get home when I take the old girl out.

every older bike should have one of these whether it be your starter button/ starter relay/or selenoid that failed or if you lost your keyfob. never get left stranded. cheap easy fix took me 15 minutes to install. I pinched a wire taking off my handle bars and the bike wouldn't start after. this fixed that issue

I put this on my 2004 fxdwg because the start button was getting finicky the button has failed entirely and this direct starter button is now my only means of starting my bike and it works every time
