Purchased for use with small rolling stool - perfect for use as adult. Some people say use of this product cause too much sway in their back. I like it for the small, rolling stool. My feet planted firmly on the floor allows me to control my posture and the dynair wedge allows for slight movement in the seat which eases up pressure into sacrum and tailbone.
