I bought these pills because I suffer from sinusitis and sometimes I can’t breathe well and with the flu it gets worse. Following the dose from the bottle did not help me at all, so I decided to buy another bottle and take twice the dose for more than a month and I had no improvement.

This is a good quality product. I've noticed that this did help in loosen mucus. I didn't notice, or experience, any side effects with product. I'm ordering more as I'm pleased with this product. I think it's a good value for the money also.
