Great weight management
It seems to be working well it's helping with my weight loss efforts. The taste is fine I don't add any sweetener to it. No stomach discomfort either. And I drink two cups a day.

** UPDATE: It works REALLY WELL! I’ve been having a cup every morning and sometimes after lunch, and wow 🤩 I keep getting compliments that I look slimmer and I think it’s this incredible blend! So far, it’s working well. I like the flavor and blend is nice too and not too overpowering. As for its health benefits, I think this one takes a few cups to notice a difference. Another milk thistle brand I was using had me use the restroom multiple times a day, which was really nice, but too expensive. This one takes a few days and best when paired with other fiber foods. Unfortunately, it does not soothe my bloating, which I was hopeful about. I also tried reusing the same bag, it’s good up until second cup use. Nothing past that. If so, there’s no flavor.

Great milkthistle tea for women who have Pcos
I need to find this tea for my fatty liver part from my pcos disorder, this tea help me out to help my liver get better and my hormones. The tea has a smell of sweet and flower smell from the milksthistle.

Lovely flavor
I wasn't sure I would like this tea because of the liquorice, which I don't like generally, but the blend of herbs and spices hides that flavor, and the taste is wonderful as hot tea (I haven't tried it iced yet). I will buy this product again as I continue to support keeping my liver cleansed, which milk thistle is said to do.

Tastes great
The tea surprisingly tastes great, but be forewarned that it does have a diuretic effect. Also, important to read the warnings re: milk thistle and allergies.

This is a lovely tea. I just have a cup a day on the evening. Not sure of benefits as yet but a good alternative as herbal tea.
