I spend a lot of time in a recliner due to back injuries. This product replaces the pillow I usually sit my laptop on. It's extremely well-made and sturdy.It isn't lightweight, but its size helps distribute the weight over a broad area so it doesn't feel that heavy. I can use it for an hour or so without my legs beginning to numb.

We’ve gone thru many lap desks over the years, and after getting this one for my husband last year after he put it on a gift wish list, and seeing how well his has held up and borrowing 😊 his for a bit, I decided to get another for myself. Sturdy and sizable, this lap desk is very functional and well made.

Gets a little heavy at times on the lap in the bed but it Works for me. Rather save my laptop than burn it up with dust and heat In the circuit areas on the board. Invest in this if you're always putting your laptop on the pillow or blanket, plus you can place your phone on the backside and even use a mouse if your laptop is no bigger than 15 inches.

Sofia + Sam All Purpose Memory Foam Lap Desk (Black Sparkle Top) with Tablet Slot is a lovely lap desk and appeared sturdy and was all it advertised to be, however I bought it for my elderly mother and it was to big and awkward for her lap. So I returned the product. Other than that it is a great lap desk for someone that has the body type for it to fit.

I had been using another brand that I really liked, but it had a design flaw where the plastic kept cracking and releasing the foam beads that were in the underneath padding. I bought that lap desk 3 times before I got fed up with having to clean up the foam beads. I started looking for a style that would last better with weak spots in the plastic, and found this one. Amazon jerked me around for over a month with my first selection, repeatedly telling me I was getting in 2 days, but then telling me it was delayed. They finally cancelled the order, telling me they couldn't get it. They never did tell me the same exact table came in different colors. I actually love the 2nd color choice, a sparkly black. The table is okay, but I do have a couple of problems with it. One is I just wish it was about 3" wider. My previous laptop easily held my wireless mouse, but it is a very tight fit on this table. If have a 15" laptop. The wrist support on the old table went all the way across, but it doesn't on the new one. The fact that it doesn't go all the way, makes it harder to keep the mouse from falling off the edge when I'm using the computer in my lap. I'm going to keep the table, mainly because I'm just tired of having to deal with this, but it is too thick for me. I'm short, with a short torso and the pad that is underneath is so thick it makes it almost too high for me when the table is on my lap. It's been making my back hurt to use the computer, but I hope I will adjust to it (and that the padding will flatten down some). I wish I could cut that thickness in about 1/2. It you are a tall person, you might love the height of the foam.

I like to sit on the couch when I use my MSI All-in-One to work, game or just browse. (The MSI sits on a little table about 3 feet away, 12 inches off the floor.) This rests comfortably on my lap holding my noppoo mini-keyboard, mouse and iPad. The iPad fits easily into the slot, and I like that I can press quite hard on the screen without any movement at all. The sparkle top is a nice improvement to basic black, it is not gaudy. Overall, very impressed with this lap desk.

Love it! I don't get why people think it's too big? It's perfect! I have a 17 in laptop and almost wish for more of it but that would be too much. I just use my mouse on the bed where I usual work. My computer has been staying much cooler and it is user comfortable. My laptop doesn't slid around at all on the surface either. I am happy I have one now! This one is great! Plus a actually stay cooler myself. And it's easier to move that then moving everything because it forgot my darn water on the dresser ;) Great buy! Get one.

Returning this item. It just doesn’t work for me. Still uncomfortable to use in the bed. Was hoping to be able to use it some evenings while I relaxed.
