A great replacement for Sharwood’s mango chutney. Very similar, nearly the same. Very good value, perfect taste and perfect texture.

Upon opening the package, I immediately notices the jar was sticky around the lid and the lid was popped like it was unsealed. I threw it straight into the trash can. I felt it was probably unsafe to consume.

This green chutney is delicious! It is a sturdy jar. I would buy again. It is difficult to find green chutney at grocery stores near me.

I bought this having never tasted this brand- and I was not disappointed. Good price, and a great fresh flavor. Excellent for Indian food, of course, but also for flavoring all sorts of dressings and spreads. Try it with a 50:50 mix of mayo and yogurt as a sauce for fish.

The Barefoot Contessa suggested that mango chutney in a grilled cheese sandwich would be a good combination. I always like grilled cheese sandwiches so I bought a bottle, kinda pricey for what you get. It is an intriguing taste of both sweet and tart. I keep forgetting to put it on my grilled cheese sandwiches but it tastes good out of the bottle. I probably won't buy it again!

I have never heard of this stuff in my life but my husband loves it so I always put a jar in his gifts. I had been buying another brand that seemed popular on here and he liked it but it was out of stock so I got this and he says he actually prefers this one. It was packaged well. Easy enough to open but padded enough that the jar didn't break.

It's not thick. It's more of liquid and the taste is also not good

Can't use it as a dip with fried items or in burgers/ sandwiches because it taste more like a green cooked gravy.
