I ordered a different pair of Persit yoga shorts that were 5" and kept rolling up, so I returned them. I wanted the same thing, so I ordered these for the longer length. The fabric makeup listed was identical, but the shorts are very different. Alas, these are still cute and work. They have some spandex to them, but are not compression shorts. If you want compression and have smaller thighs, I'd recommend the "PERSIT Women's High Waist Workout Yoga Shorts with Side & Inner Pockets, Non See-Through Tummy Control Athletic Shorts" however note they are shorter length than these (and on me with larger thighs they rolled up)These are very soft - I'd compare them to Lulu Aligns. They are also squat proof which is great.They however show sweat. The attached photo is after a 15 min Peloton ride.

I love love love these. Comfy tight without feeling like I have my circulation cut off. They hold my stomach in, my tush in, just make me not mind wearing an sweatshirt or shorter shirt with these. I feel good in them! So why only 4 stars? Well, I thought this color was burgundy, it was not, it was bright red! So for that I have 4 stars, but I am going back and ordering black! They are marvelous!!!

We unfortunately had to get rid of all our clothing due to a mold situation and I loved these so much that I bought 3 new pairs after restocking our closets again. Very flattering on the butt and doesn’t give a huge camel toe like a lot of other shorts.

Just wore these to the gym on Saturday. They fit well and are squat proof. They are very high waisted so they were kinda rolling over at the top but would still purchase again.

Like others mentioned, these shorts fit large- like two sizes large. the fabric is transparent and has this hideous sheen! There’s this weird thin elastic around the waist that doesn’t make sense for the style. These are awful.

Hands down the worst thing I've ever bought off Amazon. Cheap see through material. Fits way too big and bunches up at the crotch. Inside seam was already coming apart when it arrived and it took a month and a half to be delivered. The photo makes it look like there's a pocket in the back, there isn't. When I bend over I can fully see the tag on the inside. The picture looks like they are legging material but these are made of really thin, shiny material. Very very poor quality. Would never wear these.

Ordered 2 pairs of shorts, the one pair arrived with a small snag hole in the front leg, the seems are poorly sewn, VERY VERY see through. They have that cheesy shine to them. NOT squat proof. The cut is off. Only reason I’m not returning them due to I’m loosing weight and these will get me through my workouts (I have home gym so don’t have to worry about them not being squat proof) till reach smaller size. These shorts are NOT worth buying

I got a small but they were like a medium so a 6-8 or 28-29, and the waist band is not a real thick and large elastic band it’s just one put into the top and it’s very thin so it wiggles around and always rides down

These shorts are awful, the hips and legs are way too loose. Waist is small. Fabric feels cheap. I ordered a medium that fits me in most other brands and these for more like a large or XL.
