Used this for changing to labret jewellery with my nostril piercing, and after the disaster I'd had trying to free-hand it myself in the past, I was absolutely in awe of how quick and efficient this made it! My new favourite tool!

To be clear, I’m reviewing the insertion pin, not the studs. Ok, so I wasn’t at all sure if I was buying the right thing here. After getting a nose piercing that used a threadless labret, I really wanted to be able to change it but if you’ve tried to insert a labret stud in your nose you’ll know it ain’t easy as it has to be inserted from inside. These insertion pins work a treat. I pushed the end that has the small cylinder piece on it through my nose. You then push the labret onto the cylinder (it fits perfectly inside the stud) and push back out. Voila! It guides the stud smoothly through the hole from the inside. Highly recommended if you want an easy way to wear a labret in your nose (and I recommend then as the flat back is comfortable and secure).

Well I didn’t check this one out very well. I meant to have chosen a star for my labret and this taper arrived.I should imagine it is a good idea for getting a labret into an awkward piercing but it was a bit too thick for mine.

I have used these quite a few times to change my own piercings that are push fit labrets where I found it hard to find the hole from the back. This tool makes it easy to feed the tool through front hole then fit labret bar to back of it and push through. Makes changing piercings much easier and also the gauge ensures hole is open to correct size for earrings
