I was originally going to buy the SD card that Nintendo sells, but after realizing I’d be paying more for less, I decided to do some research and found this Gigastone card instead. It was super easy to install and format, and I’ve since moved all my storage over with zero issues. My Switch runs perfectly—no lag or slowdown at all. For the price and performance, this is a fantastic product. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable extra storage!

With the official nintendo switch memory cards costing so much... This little guy is a life saver! So much storage and not super expensive! No need for formatting or a huge loss of the card's area for the switch architecture to use. Just plug and go! Out of the container and I was downloading and moving my files! I have over 200 games and most are digital. It's already full. I indexed and have most of them on this card now. There's even enough room to put a little sticker on it so you know which card has what games on it if you are inclined to buy more than one and want a visual as to which one is which. Just make sure the sticker is very flat. Can't say enough good things about this card when it comes to use with a nintendo switch!

Works fine, I use it for my DSLR camera. I need a standard SD card adapter for that but I haven't had any issues. Even in modern day 512GB holds quite a lot of photos. I'm not sure regarding videos, but it's certainly capable of holding a few. I did originally buy this for my Nintendo Switch and it worked fantastically well for that too. I had no issues with enough space for games, with video quality from recording snippets, or with saving or moving my games between cards. Games and screenshots both loaded quickly from it.

Came in a small bag, so packaging is minimal. But otherwise, quality seems perfectly fine. Plugged right into a Switch and had no problems with saving to it. No need to format it or anything either. It's only been one day, so we'll see down the line how long there remains to be no problems, but so far so good. Transferring large files to it didn't take too long either, a good 10 gigs took max 4 minutes. Recommended.

I wasn’t sure if it would work? But holy crap it did I can actually play games and download everything, it’s amazing! I recently got games like: Cult of the Lamb, Little Guard, Megaman Legacy, Unusual Finge, Ghost Trick, Cracken Academy and KEEP them! I was worried I was gonna have to delete my animal crossing ..:again. I’d in been a slump where I thought I couldn’t have fun anymore that I outgrew video games. With this I was able to get more games and try for myself. You’ll recieve a chip that opens has another chip inside for added protection. The internal one is the one you use for the switch. Open the leg stand and underneath will be a slot to use the chip.

I got this to add storage to my Switch. Not sure how it ran out of memory with only 4 or so games plus the Nintendo Online stuff but I did. This was a really cheap option but since my games can be downloaded again and I don't think the data is very precious I bought it. I didn't have to format it but I did anyway before use. I stuck it in my wife's Switch and it works like it should. It's been working reliably for months now. It's speedy and has no effect on gameplay at all. You could go get an expensive Samsung SD card but that's really overkill. This works fine and everything is as advertised.

Great for if you want to record long form videos works well

Great series of sd cards. I've used two of them for Switch and New 2DS for a few years and they've been fantastic. Just a bit of an FYI in case you didn't read the title: the one I got (512GB) only read 465GB on my regular Nintendo Switch. Now on a console with games that rarely exceed 20GB of size, this isn't a big deal at all, but if you're buying this card for large storage, and you really need the missing 47 gigs, then you might want another card, or the bigger ones. Besides that, these cards are great. They do their job, they don't malfunction, and I've never had a case of data vanishing, unlike some others. Highly recommended. It even comes with a classic sd card adapter.
