OK, first of all the real "Companion Planting" book by Gertrud Franck I would give 10 stars to. It is my favorite gardening book of all time (and I have over 100). However, beware of the one marked "hardcover." It is not the same book (look at the author). The Franck book is green.

A real help for those in a northern european climate, but for me in Spain, difficult!

This book was quite dated, not succinct enough.
Far too complicated,I had to search for the information I needed regarding which plants could or shouldn't be planted together.
